VALD has arrived at BASED - Kelmscott!!
They're here! BASED athletes now have access to more leading tech so our coaches can do more for you. 15/08/2024 our VALD Force decks went live!
Force plates (like the VALD force decks) allow us to measure and monitor a person's force production in jumps, isometric exercises and even look at balance and stability assessment.
Keep an eye out for the next training day or "Fun with...." day to come and have a go!

We are lucky and proud to have this equipment available to our people and the center is wheelchair accessible so no excuses for not getting in and having a go.
